How long does it take them to do something like that. Pretty impressive with only one foot.

How long does it take them to do something like that. Pretty impressive with only one foot. Not very long. They can dig straight down in a hard packed gravel road faster than it you can dig soft dirt with a sharp spade. As fast as a beaver can repair a broken dam, it couldn't keep up with a badger that was intent on tearing it out. Charlie

Watched one from my tree stand years back a few hundred yards away you could still see the dirt flying up in that hay field,

At first it bayed up and prepared to fight but when it figured out we weren't gonna jump on it the thing dug a fox hole, climbed in and flipped around, then grinned at us in about 2 mins flat.
