I just sent wildgthingsfur a couple grey fox to make a super trooper, hat from. They make all different kinds of hats and gloves, etc. Prices on the website are only for retail items in stock. If you have your own fur, especially tanned, its pretty reasonable. You would have to call to verify any prices since sewing prices aren't listed anywhere. To sew up my hat is around $40, depending if they need to add a bit of extra fur anywhere.

I have 4 different hats for the family from Wildthings fur. They are very nice.
Have a bobcat fur into them now to get made into a hat.
