But I in no way believe everybody should pay for it, nor do I believe that DNR should foot the bill. I have found that many people who come up with these weird ideas, really balk and back pedal when you hit them in the pocketbook. 24 years Army Medical Corps I only want to be known as: A great husband, a good trapper, and a great steward of the land.
