Losing a few dams off the Columbia River would likely help the salmon smolts more as well as lowering the cormorant population.

Probably the same person who complained about deer crossing signs being placed by the roads department where they didn't agree that it was a good place to have the deer cross!

I was just using her as an example, as I'm sure that there are alot more delusional people, who thinks her way. But I in no way believe everybody should pay for it, nor do I believe that DNR should foot the bill.
I have found that many people who come up with these weird ideas, really balk and back pedal when you hit them in the pocketbook.
