Nice silver fox. The only silver i caught this year was eaten by the wolves

Thanks for explaining. I though it was silver but with the snow on it it was sorta tough for me to tell. How many of those silver fox have you caught? Is that the silver you have hanging in the picture?

Nice looking marten K9. They look like exact twins to mine, nice and dark with throat patches.

Thanks Steve, yeah we have pretty nice looking marten up in our area. We trap just off the Canada border. We don’t get many light colored ones but we have gotten a few.

Last year we even got one with a white throat patch

Had nine marten in seven sets yesterday (one was cannibalized though).
Pretty good ratio, three night soak.

You're killing me Steve with your marten pics and that awesome wolverine you got earlier this year. If ever you want company to tag along on your line I would love to give you a hand. I promise I would never trap on top of you or share your spots with anyone else. I just wouldn't mind seeing your recipe for success. Marten and wolverine are at the top of my list. And I can't seem to figure them out.
