Cast iron skillet after frying the bacon, then add eggs and onions and cheese. Healthy right?

Fat/grease/oil/lard has always been the norm but they are also lubricants and that's the last thing my guts need. I used Pam cooking spray this morning with fair success so I'm gonna get a spray can of olive oil and run with that for awhile. Better go with an air fryer if the good stuff doesn't agree with ya.

In a perfect world.....bacon fat or home shook butter. Unfortunatly, my bloodwork says Pam spray, Smart Balance or olive oil.
As to the "home shook" part....we don't own a cow, so I buy heavy whipping cream, put a pint of it in a quart sized mason jar and shake it til your arm feels like jello. Good stuff.
