Looking at getting one in 22lr/20 gauge. Anyone have one? Are they worth getting?
I'm just looking for something that is reliable for a "beat around" bunny and squirrel gun. Something that im not afraid to get dirty and scratch up.
Thanks!
Tony

I carry one all the time on the trapline-22mag over 410.
Great little gun.

I've heard complaints about how far up the triggers are, in conjunction with the grip. Is it really that bad?
I've never seen one in person, let alone got to shoulder one. Thanks for all feedback.

I have a 22lR over 410, Havn't used it a lot but its a neat gun, Trouble I have is remembering what trigger shoots what barrel, lol , I use the 2 R method, rear-= rifle,,,,

The only bit of hassle is opening the barrels, the lever thingee is a bit awkward...

I have the .22LR/.410 model and I enjoy it. It is a fun little gun to shoot.
Honestly, I don't have opportunity to shoot grouse or small game much while checking the line, so I need to make it a point to bring it along if I want to shoot it.
Mine is accurate and the fit and finish are satisfactory to me.

Just happy to be here.

Thanks everyone.
So the trigger distance (from the grip) isn't really an issue?

I have actually contacted them to see if they have any future to expand their very limited caliber selection in the future and was told they do not. I think I'm more powerful with a slingshot than a .410 but that's another story. I would like to see them in .223/12 like the old savages were.

I use mine mostly to pot meat while running the line.410 is great for grouse and rabbits.
I made a moosehide case for it to hold when its folded and it goes into the front milkcrate on the bike, handy.
