Not that y’all care, but my son is very high risk to due to underlying health reasons. That is the only reason I got it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have, because like you say, the rate of survival is high for persons like me.

What’s the death rate for people getting vaccinated and compare against the death rate of people contracting covid. May not be a whole lot safer than just taking your chances with covid if young and healthy. One thing I am sure of - I wouldn’t trust any published stats on either

For some like your son and people around him, maybe the vaccine is worth the risk to you. Not me. Nobody I ever spend time around has any serious health problems that would put them at greater risk. We’d all rather take our chances with the virus

The vaccine doesn't protect you from death of natural causes. People die of that vaccinated, or otherwise.

I think Aaron wanted to convince black Americans to get vaccinated since they make up a disproportionate amount the Covid cases and deaths. And also are a population more distrustful of the C-vaccination.

You do realize that viruses have been implicated in changing human DNA over the millennia no? We are all part virus.

And last I heard, not only have these vaccines been tested (on human animals); they are about 95% effective in preventing the virus.
