I've always used a magazine add from Fur-Fish-Game or the Trapper. I'm sure if you called them that would work. Their website isn't too order friendly, I agree.

Free shipping isn’t necessarily free. I doubt any company is eating the cost of shipping. It is factored in some where.

Yep, Lots of times they charge more for shipping than it actually costs on smaller packages or closer to home to make up for losing shipping on bigger, heavier, further deliveries. However, you can see that the prices are often marked up on heavier items to cover some too, it's apparent when they sell them cheaper at conventions. Cage traps are great example of this.
