Just saw this update posted on the Southern Snares Facebook page: 1/30 update: he’s doing okay, he wants to be home of course and will hopefully be back home this weekend, still in the cardiac ward as of this time but things are looking up

Here is a pic of Brian giving a snare demo at Micah Seavers annual W. Kentucky free trappers class. Hope he has a full and speedy recovery.

Feb. 1 update from Southern Snares Facebook page: I wanted to personally thank each and everyone of those that kept me in your prayers and checked on me. The countless messages texts, emails, and calls ment the world to me. I haven't been able to get back to everyone personally but Thank you all so much. I am home and resting as I am pretty tired. Carrie has banned me from even trying to work. So its just sit and rest. Through the countless tests, exams and samples of blood. The Cardiologist has determined there is damage to my Aorta. So for the time being im just in a "wait and rest mode". Im not out of the woods yet. But at least I'm home. Thank you again for all your thoughts and prayers. There is truly nothing quite like the trapping community and our ability to support our fellow trappers.
