If they win the super bowl all the team members will receive significant funds. Brady does not move around the pocket much so his linemen know where he will be and that helps them establish their locations. If they can connect well on quick release passes, run OK that will open up some bigger down field opportunities. As an NFC fan I hope the Bucs win the game. Brady and Rivers are two older QBs who took risks and changed teams and so far that has worked well for the teams who took them on. Maybe others will give those options some thoughts. Payton did that as well. Bryce
