You know what, usually some good discussion on this forum but I am thoroughly disappointed by the lack of reading comprehension on this one. Read my posts again. I did not defend gun laws. I never said the 2A is only to protect hunting. What I said was that losing our opportunity to hunt is not what's at stake. If you inferred from that statement that it means I think all other gun confiscation is OK or that the 2A is only there to protect hunting, then I don't know what to tell you. I guess I'll chock it up to more examples of the failure of the public education system.
