I live 26 miles west of Mason, Texas. It is an old German settlement town of about 1500 people. Quiet, relaxed and full of a lot of good people. The 111 year old court house burned Thursday night about 11 PM. A black man was arrested Friday morning about 130 miles north east near Waco. I don't know of any black males that live or recently lived in Mason. The rumor is he has confessed to the burning and the reason was that someone killed all of his children, but he doesn't know how many kids he had or where they were. This may not turn out good happening in this part of the country. sounds like the arsonist may be insane. wonder why the insane are no longer institutionalized. untill they commit a crime. then they are sent to prison instead of a hospital. which is really insane IMO

A sad loss. Why does it matter what color the guy arrested was? Same reason if a WHITE guy burns a black church !!! You can be racist and be black. But the media and the left won't hear those words!!! OH NO !!!

The guy is white. Pictures on all the TV websites. He was trying to destroy records in the courthouse, but all records had been removed pending restoration of the courthouse. He was stopped on IH 35 near Waco Friday morning and under bonds exceeding $1,000,000. Check the following websites: KWTX.com; KXXV.com; or KCENTV.com Interesting! That's him. What color you call it? Looks Muslim. Muslims come in all races. Muslim is a religion. We all do have kind of an odd definition of black. Someone can be almost entirely white genetically, but if they appear to have even the slightest amount of Subsaharan African genes, Americans and people in most other countries label them as black.
