I don't believe selling of eggs even has to be involved. The bar processes eggs and takes some for his efforts. He is already in violation as he can't barter wild game. This was a very common practice and not sure why wardens never really addressed in past. But in this case, it looks like he offers to patrons for free and it constitutes selling as it is an attractant to the establishment and he is gaining value in return for the eggs. What's your take? Moosetrot Totally missed the video you posted included one of the folks charged. I guess it is normal considering the other one was part of the meateaters video. I guess that is one way to shut down promotion of the fishery. Did they change the law at some point for wingbone calls or was that always legal?
