Finster OP trapper Joined: Mar 2013 Posts: 17,038 Fredonia, PA.	If there is a worse way to prepare a slab of beef, I have never seen it. Whoever though this up should be executed immediately. I BELIEVE IN MY GOD, MY COUNTRY AND IN MYSELF.

You can take a poor cut of meat, beat the heck out of it with a meat mallet, batter that puppy up and fry it. Then put it next to a pile of taters and cover both with gravy. You now have a great steak that otherwise would have been a burger. I love me some chicken fried steak with a heap of mash taters and gravy. Homemade chicken fried steak from home raised beef, mashed potatoes, angel biscuits, green beans with bacon added and a ton of white gravy. Makes me light headed thinking about it!!! Everything the left touches it destroys
