Bigfoot trapper B Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 2,213 central Missouri	If you are traveling through Missouri on I 70 stop at the Callaway livestock center their diner is open on sale days ,every monday and sometimes they have a special cow sale on saturday Order the chicken fried steak I think they use about a 24 oz sirloin it comes on a platter and the other fixings come on another

The less marbled beef steak can be made into fajitas or just sauteed with peppers and onions. The only steak worse than chicken fried steak is god awful salsbury steak IMO.When it's on special at the casino it's a hit. It tends to bring the gummers out. Of course the average age is like 75.
