I don't know about thermal scopes, but we can night hunt.

You can use a lite at the point of kill. So if you see a coyote you can hit your lite to see It and kill It. Don't know about thermal imaging.

I'm 99.9% sure thermal scopes are legal in WI...if you can afford one!

Most will die with hounds on their tail.

Maybe so, to a certain degree, in some areas WIFROST.

If I get a wolf tag next week, I'm going to do some predator calling. I'm debating about using the 308 or 223

I bought 1 of those red scope lights years ago, but I could never get it to work as advertised. It said 350 yards, but it was more like 35

I talked to a guy today that uses 1. He made it sound like they're legal. Like you said though, good luck affording 1. He uses a supressor too.

The wolf is on the bucket list. Sure would be fun to go after them with thermals.

As long as Wi's Attorney General doesn't succeed in stopping the hunt.

The snow & full moon could improve the opportunity for hunting them

Did you get out to call at all?

A real problem. Once the state discovers something works they tend to outlaw its use. Then you are stuck with an expensive fireplace ornament.

I live in MN and am 100 percent sure they are legal in WI.
