In the statement, Biden's call for banning assault weapons likely amounts to calling for a ban on semi-automatic firearms. There was no language included in the statement about allowing gun owners to keep those weapons.

Biden's call on Congress to enact legislation that would strip gun manufacturers of immunity from lawsuits who "knowingly put weapons of war on our streets" is essentially a backdoor way of trying to bankrupt the gun industry or force them to drastically change the type of weapons they are willing to sell.

Gun control activists portray the weapons they want to ban as "weapons that are used in war" as in used by the military. This is totally inaccurate because the types of weapons that they are referring to are usually AR-15 style rifles that are not used in war. Biden is as stupid as Pelosi who also made the claim that these were the same weapons soldiers took into war.

Biden's call on Congress to restrict American's constitutionally protected 2nd Amendment rights came right after his call for country unity.

Gun sales smashed all time records last year. Nearly 5 million Americans bought a firearm for the very first time last year.

There seems to be little limit to what Biden wants to target when it comes to the 2nd Amendment ranging from taxing gun owners, banning magazines that can hold multiple bullets in them, offering no compromise on the issue. Biden said that far left gun control activist Beto O'Rourke was going to be the one who leads this effort for the administration. O'Rourke has called for confiscating firearms from Americans.

I feel sorry for the families of those that chose follow orders and enforce these plans.

I don't think they care. It's harassment and they tie up and weary the courts. There's a federal judge out there they already know who will deliver what they want, at least temporarily.

We've gotten to a point where one group of people wants to dominate another group of people through the force of law. Repression, suppression or whatever you want to call it. Power needs to be taken away from the people who lust to have it.
