If lost or sold it is hard to “deploy” what you don’t have, lol. Sorta like the signs that say “No weapons allowed” what they don’t know won’t hurt them. I haven’t been to a place yet that strip searches me before seating me to eat or allowing me to sit and watch a movie. I can enjoy my freedoms without making a scene. I always took those "excuses" as ones to be used when .gov bans guns..."sorry, Mr. BATF...lost mine in a canoe accident"... if not that, why would you have to lie about owning them? just keep your mouth shut and enjoy your CCW license.

Yeah, anytime the topic of Glock comes up trolls do too. I carry one for work and train others as well. They work. Glock does great marketing to law enforcement which is the real reason many use them. I use and shoot 1911s as well, both for CCW and competition. They both have their good points. I carry a Kimber compact 1911 a lot and shoot an Ed Brown comp gun for single stack matches. I have no experience with the Glock model 45, but have used the G19 a LOT. If it fits your hand good it will serve you well. Seems like they've joined S&W with the "gun of the month club" marketing lately. Want a lot of fun? Try out a G18 1911's got nothing on that LOL! Yeah! The G18 is awesome. If you can get your hands on one....

Mine caused PTSD so I turned it in to our local police for a $25 gift certificate to Dairy Queen. then when they didn't have soy based ice cream you threw a fit and realized you had turned in your gun so you decided everyone else should be as impotent as you and they all needed to turn in their guns and not get a dairyqueen gift certificate because they didn't have soy based ice cream.

Not trolling at all. I'm just not a fan. They are good guns though. Just not for me is all.

as for the glock model 45 in 9x19 it is a Glock 19X for civilians
glock 17 grip with a 19 slide in the gen5 grip and styling.
the 17 fits my hand better the half inch less in barrel might help conceal-ability some
if you already have a 19 just adding a pachmeyre mag floor plate may help if you need added length it is also easier to conceal

I like glock because of the simplicity of design , availability of parts and accessories.
I hate finding the right holster design just to find they don't make it for my gun , that was a big reason for going glock.
the ability to do 90% of the work on the glock with 1 punch I like that also

Any of you guys shoot a Glock 45? What did you think?? I have one. I love it. I was shooting it a lot when I wasn't afraid of running out of ammo. It conceals well but is big enough to be very comfortable to shoot. I bought my Daughter an S&W .380 but she loves that G45.
