The best I've ever had was at a little restaurant at the end of the road. Literally, Gulf of Mexico
Over the old huey p long bridge to the End. Waters edge

Fresh caught Shrimp from that morning.

If you want a good quality seafood restaurant, eat at Stewby's in Fort Walton Beach Florida. Got a Sword Fish steak, and three sides with a sweet tea for 15 bucks about three years ago, they buy from local fishermen.

Dungeness freshly-caught on Kachemak Bay. Camped on Chugachik Island and would kayak out into the tide shallows and pick them off the bottom. Bring them in and stuff them into a pot of boiling seawater. When done, do it all over again until full.

Frog legs, shrimp, mahi mahi, dungeoness crabs, lobster, blue crabs, tuna... I mean come on, how can there be a favorite!

If I could only have 1 it’d be frog legs but there are many others that a person needs to experience prepared right

Grilled sockeye or King, Dungeness crab, Shrimp, Rockfish, Lingcod, Scallops. Years ago I loved Halibut, but then I crewed on a long liner. Couldn't eat it for years afterwards. I'll eat it now once in a while, but not a favorite. My daughter makes awesome blackened rockfish tacos. Boy, now I'm hungry!

King crab, king salmon, and spot prawns in that order. I like all seafood, but those are top shelf, for me.
