Took the wife and went to Deep Creek lake ice fishing for a couple days.It was around 10 degrees and 30 mph winds so didn`t get to search for fish much but still did ok. [Linked Image]

NICE PERCH!

Do your perch out east have the parasites like so many other areas have? They're supposedly still safe to eat but...I'd much rather that they didn't have worms if I'm gonna eat them.

Perch are the best eating fresh water fish there is, IMO.

I don't care how nice the hand soap smells, you should never walk out of the restroom sniffing your fingers.

Do you go down in the spring or fall at all? Looks like it would be a busy lake in the summer.

The blotchy pattern made me think sauger but I see the white tail fin patch now. Could be a saugeye. Either way, nice catch and good eating.

Eh...wot?
