Went to a Brazilian Restaurant last night. I ate so much I'm still full.
For those that have never ate such food it's an all you can eat spit roasted food and salad bar. The roasted food comes to your table on the spit and they shave off a slice or 3.
Last night there was about 12 different beef choices, 5-7 chicken choices, 5-7 fish choices, 3 pork choices, Turkey, brown sugar glazed pineapple and that's what just comes to the table. That's not including the sales bar items with various stews shrimp salad fried bananas etc...

I'm sorry I had to do a double-take reading your post. That would be roasting on a spit ... I thought you were being a little harsh on the Brazilians there.
I've eaten at 1 here in Columbus Ohio before. Excellent food and I definitely had the meat shakes when we were done.

x2 sure sounded racist to me!  Just giving you flack Adam. Ironically, the first time I ate at one of those steakhouses in was in Argentina so I thought it was an Argentine thing. Either they borrowed it from Brazil or someone re-branded it for the American market. Or maybe all South American steak houses are like that.

Oh man I wish they had lamb here.

If my buddy hadn’t already ordered and there wasn’t a line behind me I would’ve left when they told me the total! We played tug of war with my debit card as it was! That was a one and done place to try!!

Gcp, yes you would get your money's worth. The best part is there is a service "indicator" on the table. Red stop, yellow is pause or special request green is go.
Yup 5 guys is stupid expensive. Yea and Jeffrey Dahmer said there isn't 5 guys in that burger!!!

I'd go if one was near me though, sounds great Fogo de Chao in Minneapolis is a Brazilian steakhouse. Not sure f they have the meat on a spit like he describes, but I assume they do. I ate at one of those in Lima, Peru it was just called "Carne" which is simply "meat" in Spanish. They kept coming by with more delicious meat and I just kept eating it until I was way beyond comfortable.
