i watched a movie in the mid seventy's? that was based in the 1800's have never seen it again and have searched for hours.. i cant remember the name but do remember a guy was lost in a blizzard and killed his oxen-cow and cut it open and gutted it and crawled in to to stay warm think he had a young child with him also. ring a bell with anyone??? Was it a rendition of one of the Hugh Glass movies? Maybe with Richard Chamberlain? Or the Centennial mini series?

But you'd think the subzero temps would keep the smell down. Doesn't seem to keep the smell of me down! Moosetrot

But you'd think the subzero temps would keep the smell down. since I gutted that one at 5 above while it was falling quickly to zero , my son says definitely not I stunk getting back in the truck but being smelly is better than being frozen to death. you have to wonder if you would hardly notice if you hadn't had a bath in a month any way.

Spot, start at the top. I was trying to figure out what movie I saw ,where a buffalo was killed and the hunter crawled inside.S^S started this post thinking it was an oxen or cow. White buffalo was from 1977. Tom
