He must have listened to Kristie Noem and thought “you know that gal makes a lot of sense”.

Mississippi lifted their's today effective tomorrow. Wide open. We were pretty much there since last summer. Took the wife to eat Saturday night. Place was packed with an hour wait.

Our governor did that a few weeks ago. By now people know what the risks are and don't need to be told how to handle them. Despite what many in government think, people are very capable of taking care of themselves.

This is only happening because President Biden and his administration came up with a vaccine! You all have him to thank! grin

Unconstitutional restrictions should never have been enacted in the first place. A "public servant" using language such as "all businesses of any type are allowed to open 100%" is disgusting. Tyrant.

It's a big risk for people on both sides of the issue.
The governor of Texas may come out looking bad if the rates skyrocket.
But if the rates don't go up it is going to make all the fear mongers on the other side of the issue look really bad, and it will blow their arguments all to pieces.
This will be interesting.

I guess that would depend on whether or not you believe the sources reporting the Covid rates Waggler. I personally, do not.

I dont blame the local, state, or federal government for getting Covid. It was my responsibility to attempt to stay virus-free and I did not....not sure where I got it.....dont really care, but its definitely not the governor's fault. This is whats wrong with this country...most want someone else to blame for every dam thing. If you're more vulnerable, be more responsible.

Protect yourselves and dont blame anyone when it's your turn.

Where is Texas at with vaccinations? Have all seniors who elect to receive it been vaccinated?

1. It's not a vaccine
2. It swells up lymph nodes
