a friends dad in NY called him up last week " son I need you to get me a gun" what why , it's bad it's like the 80s only worse

his dad is almost 90 and legally blind and Hard scared that he needed a gun in NYC i forget what burrow.

he tells his dad I can't do that ( the friend used to be NYPD) even I can't bring a gun the city any more let alone give you one to keep in the city. it's time to move , his dad doesn't want to move it's time to move.

people started applying for handgun permits in NYC more than 9 months ago have seen no progress in getting one. 400 to apply and 100 a year after that to have a handgun permit in NYC.

I know there isn’t hardly a gun to be found in some shops but cannot believe we are 30 t0 40 times the rate of most states and 3 times the rate of the second place state. Almost 1,000,000 guns in one month? Definitely is no 9mm ammo to be found. Than again looking at the population of Chicago and how weird that place is maybe everyone is trying to get protection.

And we have some of the strictest gun laws in the country. Doesn’t look like that’s stopping people. We must be the most heavily armed state in the country. To think that all I have is my little H& R 9 sot revolver. Sure sad I lost the rest in a boating accident.
