I can understand needing an ID just to prove you are a MN resident. That's just common sense. You should at the least need to prove that to vote too. You don't even need to be present to vote, but you do to buy a fishing license. I think that's hypocrisy. We are told not to judge all Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but are told to judge all gunowners by the actions of a few.

You do realize you can buy your licenses online so technically one doesn't need to be present as you put it Don't quote me but I thought I read that they wanted the spouse to come in person was to get there social security number and driver's license number on file "Inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon".
