I was reading through the regs today and noticed that you can't set a body gripper with a area of 60-75 square inches on the ground without a restricted entrance or 5 feet of the ground. I always thought you couldn't set a 220 on land without the restricted opening?

Note the regs also define BG 60 sq in. or less must not exceed a max height height of 7.5" when set. With most body grips having a hump for the springs (see WI Trapping Reg, page 11, figure 2) most 220 ( 7x7) BGs will exceed the 7.5" when set rule and require a reduced opening with appropriate setback.

Alright thank you for that. Cleared up my confusion.
