I have one. It's mounted on a tripod and points into the air. It also has this giant magazine that comes out the top of the gun.
It also weighs a ton. I always thought the long magazine trench gun adaptation with periscope was the coolest stay below the sand bags yet see over the top with remote trigger and bolt lever
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Had one years ago... Brought it home and proceeded to pour a box of 174's through it. I was a bit (lot) skinnier back then and that brass butt plate put a beating on me. But I thought it was a good gun. Wish I still had it.

Anyone got a bren gun? Those are an awesom gun. My buddy'd dad used a bren gun carrier to get back and forth thru the bush to his deer camp. They were popular bush vehicles before argo's and 4 wheelers were invented.

Sweet William, I do have ammo for my 303 Savage. Got it from Graff and Sons of Mexico Missouri. They carry lots of unusual and obsolete ammo. I got some 32-40 wcf from them also.

I thought everyone had one. Nope sold all mine when Russian invaded Afghanistan along with cases of bullets @ 1$ each. ya right....that's what defeated Russian in those mountain passes.........and our war leaders never learn from mistakes. In 1970 they were 19.95$ and a case of shells for 9.95. and the case was a foot-locker size. 1/4 inch of barrel grease you had to remove. Was taught by a WW1 sniper how to use them on a gopher patch. Only allowed to shoot 300+ yard shots, it was fun. He was the spotter and would tell you elevation-windage- drop, 2 misses and you had to pass the gun over for him to shoot. His were 500 yarders. Those old primers were double flashes and you could not re-load them.

Not mine, but what I have. Had an old gent tell me one time they made chest harnesses for theirs. Said when you put the tripod up to full height and tried to shoot it up if your feet weren't planted good enough when you pulled the trigger that thing would end up on top of you and you didn't know where the bullets were going. I also have the standard bipod for it too. It's never been fired as the barrel and action are pristine. The wood is slick from being packed in cosmoline for years. So once a year I take it out and set it in the sun to bleed a little bit of the grease out of it. Is that Bren an original full auto, elk or a cut and re weld semi?
