Our house of representatives just passed a bill that generally provides that drivers fleeing a riot will not face civil or criminal liability for running over rioters. It goes to our senate next.

I doubt an Oklahoma jury would have convicted or found liability anyway, but our politicians needed something to do.

Would studded tires be advised to help "escape" from rioters or would chains be better.

Studded will cut through the grease better I would think.

I would opt for a big v plow on the front and South African style flame throwers under each running board on the sides.

While slow and not legal for roadways, my dozer could put a big dent in a crowd.

It is hard to start in the winter so I'll need them to riot in warmer temperatures. Fortunately most rioters like warm temperatures too.

I generally agree with this, especially in the specific case where the truck and trailer were being attacked with family inside but I’m afraid there is a lot of grey area here. What can be construed as a riot? What is the interpretation of fleeing? I’m just afraid that in our very near future the people deemed to be “rioting” and the cause for the “riots” are going to be a whole lot different than what we have become accustomed to.

I would hook up Windsheild squirters ...in the grill...on the sides ...and back ....to squirt pure skunk essence at attackers.
