Ringneck, thanks for your the nice words. A lot of folks like to badmouth Canada, where I am really is a sportsman’s paradise . after getting done gathering up the trapping stuff the boys and I scooped up five fresh whitetail sheds, that puts us at around 60. Here’s a couple pics. [Linked Image]

I wanted a year end picture but my 17 yr old wasn’t too cooperative, he said it’d be to much work. So instead, here’s some of the fur he’s going to take to a buyer today.

Good luck with your sale today.
Nice string of coyotes you have set up.

Thanks. A fair % of bucks here are still packing both sides, a few more weeks before I go. I dunno haters gonna hate. I always appreciate game-rich areas, ironically enough not really living in one now. Anyway thanks for the effort to take the pics and post the updates over the season. Very cool.

We waited about an hour, I think 20 is about the most I saw in the line. Didn’t get rich, avg about 100 Canadian per coyote. Could’ve maybe done better at auction but that’s hard cash for a grade 11 to turn down.

Relief at the end of the season is always good when the cash is in hand.

What did the foxes go for.?

Foxes brought about what was expected
15 each
Wish we could train them to avoid snares.

I’ll turn this into a shed thread now I guess. Kids found 5 yesterday, total is now 74.

Living the dream man! I went looking for sheds 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Found 2 dinky 4 points.
That shed under the Spruce is great! Exactly where I would think a shed would be!

Very cool and neat pics. Amazing how popular horn hunting has become.
