I remember some dinky little grapples sold 50 years ago that were supposed to fit in your trap bed, under the trap, easy to bury. I bet a lot of critters were lost with those over the years.

I’ll try to get a pic up tomorrow. Thought someone might remember these small ones from years back. Smallest I had seen before were the cheap fox grapples.

Are they anything like these?: I was given a few at a garage sale a long time ago and they appear to be commercially made. I have never used them for anything and wondered what they were for and how effective they might be. Seem kinda small to me. There were 100s of drags like that sold at conventions and on line back in the day . I think I may have a hundred or so, someplace around here. I used to use them for mink and raccoon. Typically hooked them on site. Very fast system. Mac
