If anyone plans to hunt turkeys in Delaware here’s a link to the class you have to take. It’s free because in-person classes were canceled.

https://dnrec.alpha.delaware.gov/fish-wildlife/hunter-education/turkey-hunting-course/

Youth day is 4/3

Opening day is 4/10

Travel hunters need the class also, and need to have the class to apply for the public land lottery.

State wildlife areas and state forest land are two separate lotteries.

Deadline is 1/8 each year usually.
