Heck yeah ill be using them this fall for yotes and fox i will leave stock chain on them since they never been used i ordered mb crunch proof swivels for all my longs they shoul be in in a couple days and im gonna dye and wax them thanks wolfdog

i have to agree with boco the coyotes we have here are very large and i would never set a #2 long spring for them the trap would be destroyed , i di use them for red fox and they are excellent for them ,they bed great ,i dont know the size of the coyotes in west virgina they may be a smaller version then waht we have up north just my 2 cents banchee

Yes SIR. They are my go to yote traps, I move my chain to the frame, night latch, earth anchor, tag dye wax and roll.

These will get the wobble out of #2 and yes they also make a pit pan

In my experience, if you bed with peat moss, it takes a lot of the wobble out. I would be more inclined to use a #3 for coyotes, but we don't have fox either. Best of luck!

Texas coyote vs. Maine coyote. I am not sure the average size of coyote in your area.
The #2 long spring will HOLD anything that can fit it's foot in it. That being said for big coyote there are better tools for the job.
