Family and I went clamming today -- wife makes a dish by steaming clams till they pop adding a little seasoning and cheese, broiling in the oven a little with some seasoning that is wonderful. The clams have to clean themselves tonight - so dinner tomorrow will be great. Always wanted to go but have never had the chance.

Went ovah to our 11 miles of coast here in NH.....and started looking for pencil size holes in the sand ,and started digging . It was February and cold and windy.....but I was in my underware and tee shirt by the time I was done filling my bucket. Couldn’t move for 2 days after.....lol . I just buy them now.

Never got into crab, maybe if there were fresh. But look good!

There ya go! One of my favorite seafoods to eat. I am with you on buying vs. digging clams. The fresh live ones sold here taste better anyways.
