Is there a tank with a rubber liner involved? My brother in law has a rural water tank in his area that the rubber comes off of it plugs up his water tank filters.
Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

Check the well log to see what the well driller wrote down for what was drilled through May help figure it out . Is there any strange smell or feel to it ? Does it have a good well cap or or seal on it so someone didn't pour something down it.

Canvasback did you hear dude's accent? No doubt the black water is punishment for how he treats sheep and goats.

Adam I'd suggest a string filter before the pressure tank and the water heater if it goes into the house . No it won't solve the problem but hopefully will slow down the plugging up the faucets in the past I've had water well customers who had 3 filters before the pressure tank and the house .
I'd of bailed out their water well but they had a brick well pit that wouldn't let me run my bale down into the casing. A air rotary drill rig could blow it out in nothing flat . If nothing else a new well with a formation packer installed if applicable may help greatly to along with a plastic screen .00025 if I remember correctly .
