Never thought of that My wife and i took several of those smaller private tours while visiting D.C. 2 years ago. We enjoyed everyone of them but we like history.

More then just fees if you check deeper theres probably a ton of federal dollars thrown to these towns to promote jobs and business by instituting these "test and requirements" certain people can conduct meetings and have committees gobbling up most of that funding in the name of oversight

50 seconds in he says in some cities you need a license just to tell stories. Wonder if that applies to the media and politicians also?
