Not necessarily good nor really bad.

5Gs danger is more from governmental and privacy issues.

From what I have read 5G does not travel near as far nor penetrate interferences well as compared with 4G, so it requires many more transmitters in much closer proximity. On the plus side those transmitters are much smaller and can be put on light poles, tops of buildings, etc.
To me that makes 5G perhaps better for densely populated areas, but not very good for rural areas.

Not concerned about health. It's just radio waves like the rest of the radio waves we're already exposed too.

I guess something new is coming though. 4G is able to keep up with what we're doing today. 5G must be for some future expansion. Will certainly be easier to watch everyone, everywhere, all the time with 5G.

I dont think it will benefit me at all.

It penetrates buildings much better than 4G.

From a 2019 article:

5G has the potential to achieve higher network speeds and lower latency than we have ever seen. Testing has shown that 5G has the capability of delivering 100 times faster broadband than 4G. 5G is also carrier agnostic, which is cost effective, especially for businesses. But 5G as it currently stands will have serious issues penetrating into buildings.

The value behind 5G stems from its ability to use a much wider spectrum at higher frequencies. The catch, though, is that as these frequencies heighten, the ability to penetrate material decreases.

Ask me in a few years as I have a tower currently being built in my yard.
