Okay, lawyers and legal minds on here, what can can he do or not do and would it be legal? If he does executive action on guns can his orders be tied up in court?

Obummer tried that and lost but with the playground rules we have today who knows when the Constitution and rule of law really don’t matter.

He can issue one but it wont be a law or enforceable. He isn’t a king.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Guessing like with the Trump executive orders what ever he wants until it is found unconstitutional that is why the executive orders need to be stopped as well as the political pardons. Both parties are getting to radical and right now it is causing a mess.

The real problem is that the republicans don't have the balls to do anything about it. If shotgun Joey tried to pass an executive order that is clearly in violation of the constitution, He should by right be removed pronto for breaking the oath of his office. But the reps and SCOTUS will just watch it happen and keep their pie holes shut. He is breaking the law as I type this with what he is doing at the southern border. And what do we hear.... crickets. The republican would've a real case if they impeached this lying sack of sh....... but they all just huddled in a corner and do squat.

Pretty hard to impeach when you have no control of the House

White. If the republicans were to finally point out what the (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) poor excuse of an administration is up to and get the public attention to is, I would bet that a few of the dems would cave in and support it as all they are interested in is to get re elected. And when that seems doubtful they may just get of they butts and do the right thing. It is a long shot but instead the reps decided to do nothing but collect their back handers and paychecks and fart into their seat cushions.

The two party system at work. One doing the wrong thing and the other doing nothing. A glorious future ahead indeed. .... now where is that sarcasm emoji when one needs a dozen of them ??

Pretend for a second they actually successfully impeached Biden, whos up next? Is that better? Even if they got rid of Harris whos up next? Is that better?

If the Feds are going to violate the constitution it's time for states to again start talking about succession, that is the only option if the courts will not bat down this lunacy.

You would think so but I have a hard time imagining any Democrat doing the right thing. The other road block would be trying to get articles of impeachment through the committee procedure. Not a chance of that happening ....ever IMO

The right thing has been out the window for years now it’s all about power and control until they are stopped.

The Second Amendment needs to be protected by bearing arms against the tyrannical government the Second Amendment was written to protect against. Otherwise all rights will be lost. It needs to be thousands of Americans coming together, in an organized, righteous manner, not lone actors.

I like to believe there is a behind the scenes good reason for doing nothing right now. Lets see what the near future might bring. Think positive for now

The will do what they want as long as that fence and the troops are there to hide behind, the Red States should pull any troops they have there if any.
