How do I go about making a top notch fleshing board?then how does a gut anchor it?

Mine folds up the bottom of it has a long bolt going through it with 2X4s on each side of the beam, at the ends of the beam it has 2 cross pieces at each end going right to left to stabilize it. The bolt at the bottom allows the beam to go up and down, there’s a short 2X4 on a door hinge that moves out of the way to collapse it but fits in a slot when in use.

Well here's some picture of my fleshing beam when I built it years ago. I made the base long enough to stand on it while fleshing making it very sturdy.
