GROUSEWIT trapper Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 3,112 7mtns of CENTRAL PA	Hot tip if freezing it cause it usually goes to pieces afterwards. We slice about 1/4"-1/2" and place between wax paper to freeze. After thawing then coat in flour b4 frying. Try to keep pieces the size of spatula so they are easy to flip. NRALIFER,PRPA LIFER,HUNTER,FURTAKER

We went to the Capitol diner in Harrisburg and my wife got one order of their fried scrapple. When it came out it was a fight to see who'd get the last piece. We got a couple orders to go back to the hotel. It never made it. Millions of trees die every year to print environmentalist publications
