Since I haven't posted a supper in a while and I'm making something special, I figured I should post something and see how you all are doing this weekend!

I am making my Wild Turkey Schnitzel a la Holstein with Spaetzle. I am still working on it, but when it's done, I'll get some photos here for you. I got delayed because I felt the need to make some wonderful homemade Parmesan dressing for salads. The spaetzle is done. Now I will commence to pounding and breading turkey tenders!

Photos coming...

What are you guys having tonight? I hope you're all having a great weekend!

Just got back from eating out, I had Prime Rib, it was awesome. My daughter gave me a gift certificate for my birthday to this little place along the Susquehanna River.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

There's a little drive-through Schnitzel shack up the road here. I didn't even know pounded breaded meat had a name before, but man I love it!

Big burgers on the grill. Frying the buns in butter then putting the whole thing together with dill pickles, all washed down with cold Leinies.

There are few things better for supper than awesome prime rib, Nittany! Happy Birthday!!! Glad you had a great supper!

Sounds great too, Dahlgren! Thank you!

I have never heard of a Schnitzel Shack before, Kenaikid! That is too great!

Wow, ND FTA. Plowing the garden now in ND? It must be a little more spring-like there! Those burgers sound wonderful. I have never used an air fryer, but the reports seem good!

Love some meat loaf, Hornady! We had some last week.

Nice, Danny! That would have made a colorful plate!

Ah, Moosey! Gotta love the buns toasted in butter. Nice touch!

We had lobster/shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes garnished with sauerkraut.

Thanks, BBarnes! Fish tacos are another fine choice in my book!

Thank you, ND FTA! Well, it must be nice to catch up or get a bit of a head start on the garden. Zim is planning and looking at getting some seeds started.

Thank you, Sharon!

Chicken thighs and a salad in a nice warm house really hits the spot!

Have a nice one yourself!

Hi Patrice

Looks good. I hope the turkey who gave his all for your dinner came to the sound of a piece of wood I know.

Thank you, Rpmartin! Wow! Those are some perfectly grilled steaks! I'll bet they were delicious. Thanks for the photo!

Thanks, Flipper! I hope you're having fun over there!

Thanks, Pete! Yes, with the introduction of your custom calls, every turkey has now been rendered helpless. Magical stuff and works of art! laugh
