Looks great Patrice ...Dinnah wasn’t worth posting....but I did have some Sausage Gravy and farm fresh eggs this morning. Gravy recipe? I'm getting ready to throw some turkey breasts on the pellet grill for tonight.

That's a work of art, Savell. I'll bet it tasted as great as it looks! Please tell me you got out the fine white paper plates for serving! Thanks for the photo!

Wife just put on a small pork tenderloin--added carrots, potatoes and a large onion--my portion of helping--cutting up the onion. Though I will gladly help eat it. Late supper, should be ready about 10 P.M. Tom

Whoa... it DOES, Savell! Then those must be venison and gator kabobs. You know that when you post those photos of yourself you risk all the women flooding the highways headed to Coldspring. Look out!!! Moosey! Sounds wonderful! I thought meat vending machines were only in heaven! I hope it's just dandy, Tom! Sounds like it should be!

Do you make the spaetzel yourself? I use a lot of the Maggi bagged spaetzel for my feeble attempts at Teutonic cooking. That and Aunt Nellie's sweet and sour red cabbage.

Thanks, Nessy! I thought it looked like feta. Looks good! Yep, I made the spaetzle, Nelly. I thought about trying something easier but didn't see any options at the store. How is the Maggi spaetzle you buy? Thanks, Slick Pan. That sounds like a recipe I'll have to investigate! I love BBQ chicken and we're overdue for some. (Don't mention that to the girls!) Fantastic, Tom! Enjoy being in your happy place!
