corky OP trapper C Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 7,176 Three Lakes,WI 72	Ice on our lake is gone this morning. In our 33 years on the lake this is only the second time it has gone out in March. Usual time is mid April but 2 years ago there was still ice on May 7. Every year is different. Maybe this year I won't need to stake my turkey decoys in a snow bank like I have the last 2 years. Northof50 trapper N Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 8,208 Manitoba	Went out on the river here early as well. Massive ice ridges on the big lake shore because of this major weather boom 97.3 pressure, that is happening, south wind to push out and a north wester to push in.
