seems light on Morals in our society today

Morals are the prevailing standards of behavior that enable people to live cooperatively in groups. Moral refers to what societies sanction as right and acceptable.

although it could be that the standards changed from what we understood to be the acceptable behaviors.

much to early here for Morels

Morchella, the true morels, is a genus of edible sac fungi closely related to anatomically simpler cup fungi in the order Pezizales. These distinctive fungi have a honeycomb appearance due to the network of ridges with pits composing their caps. Morels are prized by gourmet cooks, particularly in French cuisine.

No morals out here yet. It'll be another 4 years when we get a new president. On the other hand, the morels are still 2 months in my country. We still have considerable snow.
