Hey guys, hope you all are having a great spring so far. I just had a quick question for anyone who could possibly help me here. A couple months ago I found out about the SVS #4 Dogless trap. I didn't previously know the company or that these even existed but after looking into them a bit I decided to try out a dozen for cats and coyotes this coming fall/winter. They looked nice and I liked the dogless design and the good sized pan on them. Not personally being into expanded pans, they looked to be a good size without being too big. Anyway, if any of you have used these before I would definitely like to hear any opinions on them. However, my problem is now that I ordered these traps at least a month or maybe even 6 weeks ago now, and although I received a conformation email from them about my order, I never received an email that they had been shipped or anything. I have not been notified or updated since. I assumed they may take a while since I figured maybe they had to have some time to put them together and such, but 6 weeks is a long time to go without an update. I've never dealt with SVS before and am giving them the benefit of the doubt so far, but I was just wondering if any of you guys had any contact information for them so I could check in on my order? I couldn't seem to find any contact info on the website or on the email they sent me. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I have used their #4 dongles I really like them. I have heard carlis has had some health problems that may be the reason for your delay. Although 6 weeks with no contact is unreasonable.

Email him directly and do not use his website ....... I ordered something almost a month ago and finally today I got frustrated and emailed him out side his website and he responded right away. Or you can call him as he suggested. Obviously he seemed sincere and he could see my order number but had no idea what I had ordered.

I hope this helps

If you knew him it would answer all your questions and you might reconsider your purchase.
