Civets will eat otter. Bobcats will bury them but not much on eating them. This from evidence when I discard carcasses out in the woods. Oh, and ravens and vultures will eat them too.


My fear of moving stairs is escalating!

They use ranch mink carcasses out here for commercial crab baits. I tried otter fleshings one time thinking it should do good but didn't have very good results.

He wanted the whole carcass. Even paid for the buckets and shipping. So the meat must have had some value.

Its not bad tasting, little better than coyote if fried in butter and black pepper.

It’s the last to go on the carcass pile here . When I say last there is nothing left on any other carcass in the pile
