NEW YORK (AP) — Add travel to the activities vaccinated Americans can enjoy again, according to new U.S. guidance issued Friday.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention updated its guidance to say fully vaccinated people can travel within the U.S. without getting tested for the coronavirus or going into quarantine afterward.

Previously, the agency had cautioned against unnecessary travel even for vaccinated people, but noted that it would update its guidance as more people got vaccinated and evidence mounted about the protection the shots provide.

”Every day you get more data, and you change your guidance based on the existing data," said Dr. Ali Khan, dean of the University of Nebraska's College of Public Health.

Khan said the update reinforces the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines, and is another incentive for people to get vaccinated.

They're very keen on how they go about doing a number of things. Trapping, gun rights, etc. Regulate it until America the free isn't so free.

Been getting emails from our Game Dept about buying back of tags deadlines no real explanations that I could find went to the Facebook site just antis crying about the tail bounty again. I sent a text to my CO and asked what was up like seasons shutting down or fire danger closing issues?

Turns out it’s a Covid thing option they are offering. So the people that applied last month would want their money back a few weeks later because of Covid that made no sense at all to me, heck I’ll take their tags when they resell them. LOL

The agency “cautioned” against unnecessary travel. Never heard you couldn’t travel. In fact I know many people that traveled through the air last year...turkeys and vacations were necessary. I know several people traveling now and next month who haven’t had the shot yet either. No control, just a little less hassle if you have the shots.

, last week they said vaccinated people could still contract and spread C-19 so even if vaccinated keep wearing masks and follow all the unvaccinated rules.

Yesterday the CDC said there was no signs of people that were vaccinated being able to spread the virus to others.

yet didn't change their mask recommendation for vaccinated people

They don't seem to be worried about the open border to the south, though. Even though 10% are estimated to have active covid as they cross. Once again only the law abiding citizens are the bad guys. It's getting real old.

I really at this point could not care less what those clowns in DC come up with as their next " bright " idea. Just ignore it as a day or two later it will have turned by 180 again or do a 90 degree change. Its a waste of time and energy to pay any attention to those dingbats.

That's probably because there is no way to just look at a person and tell if they've been vaccinated or not. A lot of non-vaccinated people would likely stop wearing masks too, especially the people who are scared of taking the vaccine.

If you get a experimental shot your scared somehow but if you don’t get your not, I never seem to understand that logic. LOL
