I thought I would share this with everyone. I frequently look for lures in the rivers near my house and I found so many that it became a problem of where to put them so I came up with this cheap solution. I took a big plastic peanut butter jar and drilled a hole through the bottom and the lid on the top. I also drilled some drainage holes in the bottom so water doesn't collect inside. I then took a piece of copper tubing (it was what was laying around) to fit between the lid and the bottom of the jar. This will keep hooks from becoming tangled in the paracord which runs from the bottom through the top lid. I made this cord fairly short so it hooks off my waders and hangs about a foot down.

This allows me to collect and carry lures while allowing me to carry a wading staff / or fishing rod. The lures are a few of the ones I have collected over the last three weeks. This batch is going to a friend who is a professional guide on Green Bay. [Linked Image]
