lets post pics i have leg of lamb in refrigerator seasoned with rosmary thyme and garlic also doing a cure 81 ham all on the pellet grill in the morning


The only place you find free cheese is in a mousetrap !

One spatchcock turkey on pellet grill , Two pulled turkey in broth . 8lbs scalloped pòtatoes ,three heads scalloped cabbage , creamed carrots , homade rolls , one gluten free butterbread loaf , deviled eggs ,my aunts bringing ham and homade noodles . There will be over 40 people here tomarrow. Who knows what else they will bring

tell me about scalloped cabbage ....never heard of it .. sounds good.... we do cheesy cabbage

Same thing im sure . Blanche cabbage ,drain , put in casserole dish with butter, milk , and cheese, black pepper ,red pepper , salt , crackers on top , bake with foil on top for 20 minutes , remove foil and brown for 5 minutes . My wife and me eat alot of this .

Forgot the pictures but unfortunately it was kinda tough I took it to 130 like always but something went wrong, good thing I had plenty of other things to eat.

Yum. I just had the same thing with grilled pineapple. I got a prime rib roast for $5 lb and the pineapple was $0.69

Looks great to me River Birch. Nice crust on the top what's the seasoning? I love the fat off the top as long as it's got seasoning. I had 2 tacos at noon and 2 brats for supper.

Reminds me of Spalding from Caddyshack *you gonna eat your fat?" grin That's one of the lines that I've never forgot.
