I'm about done, but I'm ways south of you. I try to start March 5th. I would wait to later like you in Minn. Most of my herd calves in Sept/Oct. It's been a good spring for calving here, except for the guys that want to start in Feb. That was a disaster this year.

Its has been good calving weather here. At times I wish I had a few cows again. But as dry as it is here it is maybe a good thing I don't. Good looking calf.

We've had a line of speckled faced cattle for twenty years or more probably. Good ma's and good bulls that throw strong independent calves.
