I prefer Flats Sets since there is a dozen variations and they are faster than having to dig dirt hole and since many use a small hole by driving a stake in the ground and wiggling it around.

Get some cages to set around the farm houses where they live in greater numbers, find a old abandon farm place they are a gold mind for bounty critters.

x2 on old buildings, or unused farm equipment. old brush piles or scrap metal piles, stacks of old pallets. all that stuff holds possums , skunks and coons. fox are bound to visit also. bacon grease is good bait. so is jack mackerel. a lot of sets in a can and its pretty cheap. a half teaspoon per set is plenty of bait

Blind set on a game trail that has those tracks on it. Use a jump stick for deer, if you have rabbits or squirrels in the area then move it to the side of the game trail and bait it. I wouldn’t do this if there is a high amount of non-target animal tracks because it’s not worth the potential catch.
